EURINGS - company overview

The EURINGS Limited Company was founded in the year of 2000, by the Italian Massucco Industrie SPA, as major shareholder together with the German FAG Kugelfischer Georg Shafer AG and the Italian SIMEST SPA. The beginning 20 milHUF shared capital had been raised up to 780 milHUF in the year of foundation.

The company's headquarters and its 6 500 m2 production plant is situated in Debrecen, at 129. Kassai út, Hungary, in a traditional bearings producing industrial park, together with FAG Automotive Hungary Ltd., FAG Components Hungary Ltd., TsubakiHoover Ltd., Dongwoo Kft. and Daewoo MGM Rt.

EURINGS' main processing area are the hot forging and rolling of bearing rings, with annealing and sand blasting capabilities. We have a 2 500T and a 1 600T forging and rolling line and according to our strategic plan we will set-up two more complete forging lines by the end of 2004. Our existing forging capacity is cca.10 000 tons of processing of different quality steels (100CR6, 100CRMN6, 100CRMO7) with a cca. 8 000 tons of forged, annealed and sandblasted final products.

Average number of employees for the two lines are 38, but it will expand up to 70-80 for the four line in three shifts.

The production and engineering know-how was provided by the Massucco Industrie SPA (www.massucco.it). The research and development also takes place in Castellamonte at the Massucco Company. The technical facilities of production are in very good conditions which allows us permanent high quality production.

EURINGS' key suppliers are in case of raw material steel the Ascometal, Lech Stahlwerke, Edelstahl, Georgsmarienhütte GmbH.

In case of machinery and equipments are the Italian Valdarno and Farina Companies, and the Hungarian Antal Ltd. Our main customers are the Massucco Ind. SPA, the FAG Komponenten AG, Schweinfurt and the FAG Components Hungary Ltd.
